These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of UniNote ("we", "us", or "our"), including our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be communicated via email at least 15 days before they take effect.
UniNote is a digital platform that allows users to upload, view, and download university notes in various formats, including PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Users can also interact with content through comments, likes, dislikes, and bookmarks.
- "User": A person who creates an account and accesses the Services.
- "Content": Any notes, documents, comments, or other materials uploaded to the Services.
- "Account": A personal user profile created to access the Services.
- "Services": All functionalities provided by UniNote, including content upload, viewing, interaction, and user profile management.
Users must be at least 16 years old to register. During registration, users are required to provide a unique username, a valid email address, and a secure password. A default profile picture will be assigned upon registration. Users may upload a custom profile picture at a later time.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, users grant UniNote a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and revocable license to display, store, and distribute such content through the platform.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and must ensure it does not violate the rights of third parties. UniNote reserves the right to moderate, remove, or report content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
UniNote shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to data loss, copyright infringement, or unauthorized content distribution. Users agree to indemnify and hold UniNote harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
UniNote reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated to users via email at least 15 days before they take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
