We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be communicated via email at least 15 days before they take effect.

UniNote is a digital platform that allows users to upload, view, and download university notes in various formats, including PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Users can also interact with content through comments, likes, dislikes, and bookmarks.

Users must be at least 16 years old to register. During registration, users are required to provide a unique username, a valid email address, and a secure password. A default profile picture will be assigned upon registration. Users may upload a custom profile picture at a later time.

UniNote shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to data loss, copyright infringement, or unauthorized content distribution. Users agree to indemnify and hold UniNote harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
